John Poracky, M. Wood Company Partner, Elected Vice President of AIMS International - Largest Global Executive Search Network

Wood Company is pleased to announce the appointment of John Poracky to Vice President of AIMS International, following three successful years of service as Board Member and regional head for the Americas. As part of AIMS International’s succession plan, Poracky is being groomed to become the next International President of the network.

John Poracky is a senior Partner of M. Wood Company, a global executive search and strategy consulting firm. In 1999, M. Since 1999, Poracky has been instrumental in leading AIMS’ global information technology practice group, assisting in building the AIMS brand in the Americas and securing new AIMS Partners in Latin America including Argentina, Columbia, Chile, Mexico and Venezuela. He has also introduced AIMS services to global companies, ultimately securing global Preferred Supplier Agreements.

Poracky joined M. Wood Company in 1988, after acquiring extensive business change management, information technology and operations experience with Deloitte & Touche, in a wide base of industries. In his 19 years as a Search Consultant and Partner with M. Wood Company, Poracky has played an integral role in the organizational transformation of many corporations. His career spans more than 32 years in strategic development, operations management, consulting, marketing, career coaching and search.
