In particular, our search consultants all came to M. Wood Company with previous exceptional track records in leadership positions within the consulting arena. Further, their experience in recruiting and conducting executive level searches spans from 5 to 36 years. This being said, our search consultants have the ability and experience needed to be a partner with our clients in a consultative nature. Also of importance, all of our searches are headed by at least one Senior Partner within M. Wood Company. No search is ever left in the hands of a junior recruiter or researcher to lead as is the case with many of the larger search firms.

Candidate Assessment: We pledge to not waste our clients' time by presenting applicants that have not been fully assessed, face-to-face, by our consulting team. Our assessment includes understanding a candidate's professional desires, true strengths & weaknesses, intellectual curiosity, measurable track record, critical thinking, emotional maturity, leadership profile and personality, in addition to conducting a thorough background check and documenting all references, those given and implied, prior to being presented to the client.
